Career

Pratibha Ranta is a talented girl from Shimla, who always had a keen interest in acting and dancing. She got her training in dancing from a dancing school, Shimla Dance Center. Besides, Pratibha has won many awards for participating in and winning dance competitions in Himachal Pradesh. 

She has also been a huge fan of stage and theatre since she was in school. She worked as a theatre actor while she was in her school. 

In 2018, Pratibha Ranta participated in Miss Mumbai and won the competition. 

Later, she auditioned for a Hindi TV serial called Qurbaan Hua in 2020 and grabbed the lead role in the serial. She played the role of Chahat Baig Bhatt Dhyani opposite Karan Jatwani. 

After that, Pratibha made her web debut with a series called Aadha Ishq, where she was seen playing the character role of Rene Bhardwaj opposite Darsheel Safary and Gaurav Arora. 

On 1 March 2024, Pratibha made her movie debut with a Hindi movie, Laapataa Ladies, which was directed by Kiran Rao and produced by and produced by Rao, Aamir Khan, and Jyoti Deshpande. The movie was even screened at the 48th Toronto International Film Festival on September 8th, 2023. 

In 2024, Pratibha also became a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s movie, Heeramandi, where she played the role of Shama.

Pratibha is an amazing dancer and has got training from a dance school in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. 

She got her first phone when she was in her 9th standard. It was Vivo 15s.
