At the age of 6, Alizeh was featured in a TV commercial for the first time along with the former Pakistani cricketer Wasim Akram. In 2017, she made her acting debut with a Pakistani TV drama ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya,’ in which she played a cameo role. Alizeh played a supporting role in the Pakistani drama series ‘Choti Si Zindagi’ released on 27 September 2016.

Alizeh was seen playing her first lead role in the Pakistani drama series ‘Hoor Pari,’ which was aired on A-Plus Entertainment in 2018. Her role in the series was appreciated by the critics and audience. After that, Alizeh was seen in other TV series such as ‘Daldal,’ ‘Bisaat e Dil,’ ‘Dil Mom Ka Diya,’ and ‘Jo Tu Chahey.’ She appeared in Mera Dil Mera Dushman (2020) and ‘Bebasi’ as (2021).
