Baba Ziauddin Siddique Biography

Baba Ziauddin Siddique is an Indian politician who was an MLA of the state of Maharashtra, India for the Vandre West Vidhan Sabha Constituency.

Baba Siddique has served as an MLA for 3 consecutive terms in 1999, 2004, and 2009. He has also served as a Minister of State for Food & Civil Supplies, Labor, and FDA (2004-08). 

Marriage/Wife/Children

Baba Siddique has been married to Shehzeen Siddique. They together have 2 children, a daughter named Dr. Arshia Siddique, and one son named Zeeshan Siddique. 

Career

Baba Siddique has also served as a Municipal Corporator for 2 consecutive years from 1992-1997.

He is currently serving as the Chairperson and Senior Vice President of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee & Parliamentary Board of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee. 

He resigned from the primary membership of the Indian National Congress party. Baba Siddique later joined the Nationalist Congress Party led by Ajit Pawar. 

Current Events

In March 2024, Baba Ziauddin Siddique hosted an Iftar party, where many Bollywood celebrities were present.
