Sanjana came into limelight after playing Nargis Fakhri’s sister role in ‘Rockstar’ and got noticed by various modeling agencies. She got several offers for television commercials and appeared in some including Myntra, Tanishq, Dabur, Coca Cola, Close Up, and Cadbury. Sanjana Sanghi has also worked in ‘Fukrey Returns’ and ‘Hindi Medium’ in 2017.

Her next release is opposite Late Sushant Singh Rajput for the movie ‘Dil Bechara.’ The release date of the movie is 24 July 2020. The movie is a remake of a Hollywood flick ‘The Fault In Our Stars.’ Sanjana spent time with real cancer patients to prepare for her character role in ‘Dil Bechara.’

Before she started working in television ads and movies, she worked as a writer at ‘Youth Ki Awaaz.’ She did an internship with ‘Ogilvy’ in Gurugram.
